2. Persiapan Ayam

2. Baluri potongan ayam dengan garam dan kunyit. Diamkan selama 15 menit agar bumbu meresap.
3. Goreng ayam hingga matang dan berwarna kecoklatan. Tiriskan dan sisihkan.
3. Membuat Bumbu Kari
Setelah ayam siap, kita lanjutkan dengan membuat bumbu kari. Berikut adalah langkah-langkahnya:
1. Haluskan bawang merah, bawang putih, cabe merah, cabe hijau, jahe, dan kunyit dengan blender atau ulekan.

4. Membuat Kari Ayam
Setelah bumbu kari matang, kita lanjutkan dengan membuat kari ayam. Berikut adalah langkah-langkahnya:
1. Masukkan potongan ayam goreng ke dalam bumbu kari. Aduk rata dan masak selama 10-15 menit hingga ayam benar-benar matang dan bumbu meresap.
