Lada bubuk (Ground pepper)

Kaldu sapi (Beef broth)
1 sendok makan

Langkah-Langkah (Steps)
1. Menyiapkan Bahan (Preparing the Ingredients)
Pertama, siapkan semua bahan dan cuci bersih tahu dan daging sapi. Potong tahu menjadi dadu-dadu kecil. Kemudian, iris daun bawang dan cincang bawang putih dan bawang merah.
2. Membuat Adonan Bakso (Making the Meatball Mixture)
Kedua, haluskan daging sapi menggunakan food processor. Tambahkan sedikit air dan terus haluskan hingga daging sapi tercampur rata. Kemudian, masukkan tepung kanji, tepung terigu, bawang putih, bawang merah, garam, lada bubuk, dan kaldu sapi ke dalam adonan daging sapi. Aduk hingga semua bahan tercampur rata.
3. Membuat Bakso Tahu (Making the Tofu Meatballs)
Ketiga, ambil sejumput adonan daging sapi dan letakkan di atas potongan tahu. Bentuk adonan daging sapi menjadi bulat-bulat kecil dan rapatkan di atas tahu. Lakukan sampai adonan daging sapi habis. Kemudian, rebus bakso tahu dalam air mendidih hingga matang.
4. Membuat Kuah Bakso (Making the Meatball Broth)
Keempat, panaskan air dalam panci dan masukkan daun bawang. Tambahkan garam dan lada bubuk sesuai dengan selera. Rebus hingga mendidih. Kemudian, masukkan bakso tahu ke dalam kuah dan rebus hingga kuah dan bakso tahu tercampur rata.
5. Menyajikan (Serving)
Kelima, angkat bakso tahu dari kuah dan sajikan dengan kuah dan taburan bawang goreng. Bakso tahu siap disajikan!
