Step 1: Build the Blades

2. Cut each PVC pipe lengthwise into two halves using a saw or a cutter. This will create six equal-sized PVC strips.
3. Bend each PVC strip into a curved shape, making sure that both ends are aligned. The curve should be such that one end is at a 45-degree angle with the straight part of the pipe, and the other end is at a 135-degree angle with the straight part.
